"Before, everything was different, when the other girls were there, and I was very happy to have found something top-notch. I recommended it to many of my friends. Suddenly, everything changed when I met Lexis. She is very rude when answering and her work is terrible. She tells one version and another. On the 3rd day, when I called her about renewing my insurance, she said that the DMV had told her that 6 months ago, two people had gotten licenses with my address. I was shocked and told me to find another insurance company because I won't renew your insurance here. I went to the DMV and looked into it, and nothing was true. Then she changed her story, saying things that weren't true, and suddenly my insurance was canceled, I lost my day of work, and my son missed his college classes. Because the cars were left uninsured. I don't recommend them!!"

"Hello, I have personally reviewed all our notes pertaining to the situation you are speaking of. At the beginning of the year, you made us aware there is a 3rd driver but would not provide that information. Our underwriters then obtained a list of potential household drivers from DMV and which Lexis contacted you looking for, Lexis did submit the information you provided. However, the underwriters made the decision to non-renew your policies. We at our local offices do not have the authority to make that decision. State Farm mailed out letters 2 months before your scheduled renewal making you aware of the decision to non-renew your policies giving you time to obtain new coverage to avoid a lapse. Jon"

"This specific branch of State Farm is incredible! The people, the service, and the experience was top notch. You can tell that they care and want to find the best deals and prices available. Jesse specifically was delightful and really helped me through the process! 20/10 would recommend them to anyone!"

"I was happy with my previous agent until I started speaking with Jessie at this State Farm office. He was consistently rude and unhelpful. I now avoid calling the office because of him. When I asked about a 45% increase on my policy, he immediately told me he'd be happy to cancel my policy, even though I never mentioned wanting to cancel. I’m always on time with my payments, have a home and two cars bundled, and never made any claims since having auto and home insurance. All I had was a simple question to see if I can reduce my rate. Even if the state increased as the said fine. What was terrible was the way he talked to me, as though he had no value for my business"

"We have had all 5star reviews until these. I saw your previous negative review and responded. I don’t think it was necessary to leave 2 1star negative reviews. The state of ct had huge increases in 2023-2025 across all companies. I’d be very surprised if you were told we would just cancel your policy. We tell people that they need to do what’s best for you and your family. If that means leaving State Farm we understand. Again, as the owner I apologize for your experience. Jon"
